UMCOC Bylaws

#1: One year waiting period to become a member of the UMCOC and to be added to the UMCOC calendar of events.
#2: Fines / Probation for fighting. A - First incident will be a fine of $250.00 for fighting if the party is not shut down. If the party is shut down the fine will be doubled to $500.00. B - The second incident will be a fine of $500.00 if the party is not shut down, if the party is shut down the club will be dismissed / removed from the UMCOC and the calendar. C - There will be no third incident. D - The host / club of the party will receive the fines imposed and the payment of the fine will be due within 30 days of the decision. The only exception will be the UMCOC clubs that are involved have come to a mutual agreement between themselves. E - Note: incidents are per calendar year, ending December 31st.
#3: Number of events each club is allowed per calendar year.
#4: UMCOC dues.
#5: Annual ride and cookout sponsored by the UMCOC.
#6: Official UMCOC patch
#7: Open enrollment for UMCOC membership is limited to the September Presidents Meeting.
#8: Number of riders a club must have to become a member of the UMCOC.
#9 Changes to the bylaws As club / members of the United Motorcycle Clubs of Connecticut we have had the opportunity to voice our concerns and issues with each topic. The undersigned in attendance at the Presidents September 25th 2005 meeting voted that these decisions would be applied immediately to present members of the UMCOC and future members of the UMCOC.
