Failure to attend the President or Calendar meetings will result in having your club information removed from the UMCOC Calendar! This decision is made case by case by attending Presidents.

Presidents only to attend. If the president cannot attend then VP or Business Manager can attend. If they cannot attend then any other officer can attend, but only one member per club. Whichever representative is sent by its club, he/she must be able to enter into agreements with the other UMCOC members. Additional members will be requested to wait outside.

Only one agenda per club per meeting allowed.

Agendas will be discussed in the following way

Agendas received by the moderator will be sorted in order by popularity and brought to the table one at a time by order of popularity.

Each President will have two minutes to voice their opinion on an agenda item or indicate they have no opinion.

After going around the table there will be an open fifteen-minute debate at the conclusion of the debate a vote will be taken. Only one member may speak at a time during the open debate. To indicate who has the right to speak a motorcycle glove will be passed around and displayed in front of the speaker.

Each member can vote Yay, Nay, or Abstain. The votes with the most counts win.

The founder of the UMCOC will moderate the meetings, will keep the minutes.
